U.S. equities moved higher yet again last week while bond prices appeared to break higher out of their recent range.
Investors of all stripes appeared to have no concerns last week as prices generally moved higher. A foreseeable risk to both equity and bond prices is data concerning the threat of higher inflation. If inflation expectations move higher, a selloff in equities and bonds is a distinct possibility.
When all is good in markets, it often pays to take a moment to review portfolio rebalancing.
– Happy Fourth of July weekend!
