  Last week, global equities performed well while the bond complex consolidated.

The Conference Board’s Leading Economic Index expanded in March.  The slowing rate of expansion may mean a slower real economy by the end of the year.  The Conference Board is expecting real economic growth to slow to potential of 2% by the end of the year.
